Pittsburgh Files Brief in Support of Philadelphia’s Challenge to Firearm Preemption Laws

Everytown Law represented the City of Pittsburgh in filing an amicus brief explaining the harm caused by Pennsylvania’s firearm preemption laws.
Philadelphia, along with individual survivors of gun violence, sued the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania alleging that the Commonwealth’s firearm preemptions laws have created an unconstitutional state-created danger. The City of Pittsburgh, represented by Everytown Law, filed an amicus brief supporting this effort and explaining the harm caused by these laws to its residents.
