Erik Fredericksen

Constitutional Law Fellow

Erik works with Everytown Law’s Second Amendment practice to defend local, state, and federal gun regulations against constitutional challenges.

Erik graduated from Yale Law School in 2022, where he won best oralist in the Morris Tyler Moot Court of Appeals and contributed to litigation through several clinics including Yale’s Appellate Litigation Project. During law school, he interned with the Federal Programs Branch at the U.S. Department of Justice, the Appeals and Opinions Bureau at the New York Attorney General’s Office, and Everytown Law. After graduating from law school, Erik worked as a litigation associate at Mayer Brown LLP in Washington, D.C. before clerking for the Honorable Alison J. Nathan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
