Erik graduated from Yale Law School in 2022, where he won best oralist in the Morris Tyler Moot Court of Appeals.. After graduating from law school, Erik worked as a litigation associate at Mayer Brown LLP in Washington, D.C. before clerking for the Honorable Alison J. Nathan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
