Janet directs Everytown Law’s national Second Amendment practice, defending gun safety laws against constitutional challenges through amicus briefing, advice to government lawyers, and direct representation. She also works with Everytown Law’s affirmative litigation team to craft and execute appellate strategy in state and federal courts across the country.
Janet graduated from New York University School of Law. She clerked for Judge Richard Posner at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and for Justice Sandra Day O’Connor at the U.S. Supreme Court.
