Margot Graham

Litigation Fellow

As a Litigation Fellow with Everytown Law, Margot litigates to end gun violence and seek justice for gun violence survivors.

Prior to joining Everytown Law, Margot clerked for the Honorable D.W. Tunnage on the D.C. Superior Court. Previously, she was a fellow at Campaign Legal Center where she litigated campaign finance and voting rights cases. Margot graduated from Duke Law School in 2023, where she served as Executive Articles Editor of the Alaska Law Review.
