    Miye works with Everytown Law’s affirmative litigation practice to battle the gun violence epidemic and create a safer future.

      Miye graduated from Stanford Law School in 2022, where she participated in the Immigrants’ Rights Clinic, served as a member editor of the Stanford Law Review, and won Best Overall Team in the Kirkland Moot Court competition. She also interned with the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund, the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, and the New York Attorney General Civil Rights Bureau. After graduating from law school, Miye clerked for the Honorable Cynthia Bashant of the Southern District of California and the Honorable M. Margaret McKeown of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
