Rachel Danner
Constitutional Law FellowRachel works with Everytown Law’s Second Amendment team to defend federal, state, and local gun safety laws against constitutional challenges.
Prior to joining Everytown, Rachel clerked for the Honorable Chief Justice Stuart Rabner of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Rachel graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was the Executive Articles Editor for the Journal on Poverty Law & Policy. During law school, Rachel participated in the Institute for Constitutional Advocacy and Protection and the Appellate Courts Immersion Clinic. She holds a B.A. from Brown University.
