    Highland Park Shooting Victims, Families Are Suing Gunmaker Smith & Wesson, Others

      Chicago, IL (WBEZ) — The nearly dozen suits, filed in Lake County, claims the shooting was “predictable and preventable.” They add to the over 100 charges the shooter already faces, which include first-degree murder, attempted murder and aggravated battery with a firearm.
