DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF)–State lawmakers and the NAACP filed a new lawsuit saying the Stand Your Ground law is unconstitutional because of how it was passed.
Under Ohio’s Constitution, every bill must be about one subject and they must be considered by each house on 3 separate days, but the lawsuit argues that didn’t happen with Stand Your Ground.
