    McFeely: Judge rules gun death lawsuit against Scheels can go forward

      (Inforum) — Hennepin County (Minn.) District Court Judge Karen A. Janisch this week ruled that a wrongful death lawsuit against the Fargo-based sporting goods giant can go forward, knocking down Scheels’ claims that it cannot be held accountable because one of its employees gave an unloaded handgun to a young man who loaded the gun and shot himself to death in one of its stores.
