    Ohio Cities Sue Over ‘Dangerous’ Holes in Gun Background Checks

      Columbus & Dayton, OH (Bloomberg Law) – Following a summer of record gun violence, Columbus and Dayton, Ohio on Monday sued the state, alleging its attorney general failed to update the databases used to screen out felons attempting to buy firearms or get concealed-carry permits.
