LOUISVILLE, KY – Today, the Thomas Law Offices, Everytown Law and Romanucci & Blandin, who together represent survivors as well as families who lost loved ones in the mass shooting at Old National Bank in Louisville on April 10, 2023, released the following statement:

“April 10th marks one year since the tragic mass shooting at the Old National Bank in Louisville. This day holds immense somberness for our clients, who lost loved ones or were injured and forever changed in the shooting. This is one of a never-ending series of days where grief, anger, and trauma dominate their lives. However, the civil legal team who represents them can attest to their strength and unwavering commitment to justice and systemic change, aimed at preventing future mass shootings to spare others from suffering the same trauma. We will continue to fight on their behalf to deliver accountability for this tragedy in the months to come.”
