Parents of 2016 Shooting Victim Awarded $4 Million in Wrongful Death Lawsuit

Kansas City, MO (KC) – The parents of a Kansas City man who was killed in a 2016 shooting were awarded $4 million in damages in a wrongful death lawsuit against a former fire captain accused of trafficking firearms, as well as the gun’s dealer and manufacturer.
