      Summary: Everytown filed this brief in the U.S. Supreme Court, urging the Court to grant a writ of certiorari to review the Third Circuit’s unworkable opinion in Binderup v. Attorney General. If left intact by the Supreme Court, the opinion by the Third Circuit would impose overwhelming burdens on the background check system, the courts, and federal and state prosecutors.
