Learn More:
On August 26, 2020, the cities of Syracuse, NY, San Jose, CA, Chicago, IL, and Columbia, SC, along with Everytown for Gun Safety, filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York seeking a court order to compel the ATF to correct its dangerous misinterpretation of a critical gun safety law.
